The wish of Shisei Gakuin
In 1989, a new company called ``UniDeli Co., Ltd.'' was established and a new factory was opened in Nakahara, Shizuoka City to deliver products to 7-Eleven. During the economic bubble boom, we had a very difficult time finding people to work for us. There were two elements that saved me. The first were part-time workers who were mothers of the second generation of baby boomers, and the second were part-time international students who came to Japan from countries such as China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
The mothers are paying mortgages and their children are going to university, and the students are international students who have come to Japan and have to earn their own living and tuition fees. Everyone did their best in a harsh factory that operated day and night. I can't thank you enough. Thirty-five years have passed since we continued to overcome the hardships of the early days.
The Yamazaki Group, centered around Yamazaki Co., Ltd., has expanded into a company that employs over 2,000 people. Even now, more than 10 international students who have graduated from universities or vocational schools join our company every year. They have a high retention rate, and more than 100 people across the group have obtained permanent resident status.
Human resources are a "treasure" for companies. Students from overseas muster up the courage to come to Japan, become acquainted with Japanese life and culture through their studies, get jobs at Japanese companies, and contribute to society. Everyone has a high intellectual level and is doing a great job. I am humbled by my gratitude to all of you.
Moreover, when we consider the current situation in Japan, where there is a shortage of workers due to the declining birthrate and aging population, it is outrageous that we do not value the students who come to Japan with high ambitions and desire to study as national treasures. It will be.
The management of the Japanese language school that we aim for is a management that carefully nurtures these "treasures".
We encourage as many sympathizers as possible to participate in our educational activities.
Shisei Academy's Desire
1. We aim to create a peaceful region with low borders.
2. We will contribute to the creation of a world where all people are treated equally, regardless of their nationality or ethnicity.
3. We aim for spiritual and cultural richness as well as material wealth.
